These programs include written sequences and drills designed specifically for you. 1:1 Sessions (5 week trial / 12 weeks)

Root to Rise training (12 week intensive)

  • Private 1:1 Yoga and Conditioning

    Designed to help you identify and massively improve development areas for your particular body. Session packages include assessment (trouble-shooting) based on your experience, figuring out the long term solution, designing a yoga and movement sequence for you, guiding you on your journey of re-patterning and growth.

  • Root to Rise: Yoga and Strength for Resilience

    This 12-week yoga therapeutics, strength and conditioning program (online & options for in-person) includes 7 live private sessions, 12 weeks of resilience programming and tracking, a regular group class with like-minded folks, and several online courses to round out your weekly practice, including a self myofascial release course and a therapeutic Anusara flow course.

  • Book 12 weeks of Full Coaching

    Make a lasting difference in your routine by booking the full 12 weeks of coaching. Includes Functional Movement screening, progress tracker, and one live session per week. Coaching sessions take place online or at Skyline Yoga. Inquire at info@suzannezuberyoga.com for in-home coaching.

  • Group Session - $280

    Hire Suzanne to come teach your group at your desired location, and split the cost! Customized for community building, stress reduction, or just plain fun.
