A yoga & strength immersion for deepening practice and understanding the foundations of movement, alignment, and breath.

The 100-Hour Stability & Freedom Immersion is a deep dive into yoga practice, alignment, anatomy, breath, philosophy, and self-inquiry. It is designed for serious students, curious movers, and yoga teachers who want a more intelligent, embodied understanding of practice.

This immersion is not primarily about teaching yoga. It is about learning how yoga works in your own body and life—how to practice with clarity, how to adapt poses skillfully, how to understand the relationship between strength and mobility, and how to connect physical practice with breath, awareness, and meaning.

You may take this immersion on its own or as Part I of Suzanne’s 200-Hour Stability & Freedom Teacher Training.

Suzanne’s teaching is deeply informed by Anusara Yoga and the Universal Principles of Alignment, while also integrating modern anatomy, nervous system awareness, and functional movement.

This training honors the heart-centered and life-affirming spirit of the Anusara tradition while expanding into a more contemporary, adaptable approach to practice and teaching.

Anusara Yoga provides an elegant, intuitive system of alignment steps called “Universal Principles of Alignment” based on anatomy and bio-mechanics, which can be equally be applied to deeper levels of mind, emotion, and intuition. Of Iyengar-lineage, Anusara®Yoga is infused with the teachings of Non-Dualism, where the body, mind, and spirit are not separate but one, and where freedom and vibrance don’t need to be ‘earned’, but exist inside of us already, and can be tapped by aligning these three (body, mind and spirit).
