Yes Book My Spot Already ]

Are you done with Tight hips? Cranky knees? Stiff shoulders?

In my decades of working with thousands of students, I've seen again and again, that when it comes to leg work we're usually not lacking effort, but our muscle power is not being distributed in the best way.

Most people are strong in some places, mobile in others—but the body isn’t working as a system.

Often we over-stretch structures at actually need strength,
or we strengthen muscles, isolating them without integration.
And so movement begins to feel inefficient, unstable, or limited.

This workshop changes that.

In our 4-hour workshop experience, I'll teach you how to build strong, responsive hips from the feet up—and organize that strength so it transfers through your entire spine into the shoulders.

This workshop is for you, if you're too flexibletoo strong, if you're wanting to optimize your athletic movement, or if you're not sure but just want more spring in your step.

• Yogis (all styles)
• Active adults focused on longevity
• People with tight hips or knee discomfort
• Gym-goers, runners, swimmers, tennis players
• Teachers wanting a more integrated approach that involves rotational patterns

What you will explore in this workshop:

• Yoga poses, Drills, and Stretching for Hip strength & glute activation that actually supports you
• Foot and Knee stability through better force transfer
• Loaded movement (steel mace or weights, fully scalable)
• Mobility + self-myofascial release
• Breath & nervous system regulation
• Full-body coordination (hips → legs → shoulders)

What You’ll Gain

• Less “tightness” without endless stretching
• Stronger hips that protect your knees
• Better balance, control, and coordination
• Strength that feels supportive—not stiff
• A clear understanding of how your body works

What Students Notice

“I’ve done a lot of yoga and strength work—but this is the first time it actually made sense in my body.” - Kyla

“My hips felt stronger immediately, and my knees finally stopped bothering me.”

“I realized I wasn’t weak—I just wasn’t connected.” - Katie K.

“The combination of strength, release, and clear explanation changed everything.” - Matt P.

“I left feeling both stronger and more open.” - Jack L.

This is not about doing more—it’s about doing what actually works.

💥 Pricing

Early Bird: $150 (through April 26)
Regular: $185

Ein hands-on Intensivwochenende mit Suzanne Zuber, E-RYT 500, Anusara ECAT.

Was?  2 Tage Verkörperte Kraft und therapeutische Intelligenz, leicht gemacht.

• Anusara Yogalehrer:innen & erfahrene Yogis
 – erfahrungsbasierte Anatomie
 – therapeutische Perspektiven
 – Integration von Nervensystem-Regulation
 – präzisere, wirksamere Adjustments

• Engagierte Praktizierende
die ihre Praxis wirklich „besitzen“ wollen:
 – verstehen, was ihr Körper individuell braucht

Was ist so besonders an diesem Wochenende?

Struktur der Anmut ist keine klassische Yoga-Fortbildung.

Es ist ein hybrides Lernfeld aus:

  • Anusara Alignment & Herzthemen

  • Funktioneller Anatomie zum Spüren, nicht nur Verstehen

  • Movement Science & gezielten Drills

  • Nervensystem-Regulation & Resilienz

  • Hands-on Assists & Partnerarbeit

  • Intelligenter, kreativer Flow

Hands-on & Integration

  • Assist-Techniken (für Lehrer:innen & Partnerarbeit)

  • Spüren, differenzieren, verfeinern

Flow & Verkörperung

  • Intelligente Sequenzen, die Struktur und Freiheit verbinden

  • Integration der Tools in fließende Praxis

📘 Arbeitsheft & Integration

WORKSHOP: Beyond the Sixpack: deep Core Yoga & Conditioning for Happy Back & shoulders

NOT YOUR REGULAR “BRUTE STRENGTH” CORE WORKSHOP! SCROLL DOWN TO FIND OUT WHY.

We all know ‘CORE’ is ‘good for you, right? But why? Among the greatest barriers to our yoga practice and body ease, the lack of real strength in the slow-twitch muscles - the deepest layers of our deep core and deep in our hip and shoulder joints (glutes, lats etc). Did you know that your deep core fires milliseconds before you lift your arm? Studies show that a week deep core (including pelvic floor) is directly correlated with back pain and shoulder/neck issues.

Are you ready to become truly resilient in your back and neck/shoulder region and enhance your yoga practice? Deep core strength is your ticket. Join us for an afternoon of relaxed and transformative (online & in person) work that combines smart anatomy, functional movement, yoga ad breathwork, and innovative conditioning techniques to promote long-lasting ease in your back and shoulders .

When: Four Wednesdays at 6:15 pm PST: Jan 22 & 29, Feb 5 & 12

Where: Virtual and in Person. Drop-ins welcome (online only). Recordings available. Drop-ins available.

  • Diversify your practice for greater performance, balance, and ease

You will come away with the ability to lift with ease, move with alacrity, and balance with confidence, increasing your ability to show up and to be more present for your family, your work, your athletic performance, and your community.

About Steel Mace Vinyasa:

Q: What is a steel mace, and what is the benefit of using it in yoga?

A: A steel mace is a long metal shaft with a ball fused onto one end. Originally used alongside Yoga asana to train ancient warriors in India, this asymmetrical tool has been rediscovered in mobility and strength training, because of its exceptional ability to simultaneously build dynamic rotational power, strength, and stability, avoiding the joint stress caused by conventional one-sided workouts. Steel mace training improves grip strength, core stability, rotational power, endurance, and range of motion. It can also help build upper body power and shoulder strength that is harder to train in traditional Yoga asana. Most recently, the Steel Mace practice has been combined with vinyasa yoga by coach Summer Huntington, founder of Steel Mace Vinyasa.

Class structure: each class starts has three phases:

1. Prime: a joint priming warmup including sun salutation variations, as well as mace basics. Joint priming opens your tight connective tissues (fascial adhesions), restoring proper muscle function.

2. Condition: set of cardio-boosting Interval training based on the joint priming

3. Flow: Loaded yoga flow with mace, followed by unloaded flow, followed by a cooldown.

List of Classes:

1 Jan. 22: Integrate: joint opening, mobilization & how to ‘co-recruit’ your deep core stabilizers along with the ‘4 corners’ of your trunk (shoulders/hips). You’ll feel energized ‘to the core’ and powerful in your major joints.

2 Jan. 29: Mobilize: This class will open the front & back of your legs, mobilize your upper spine, and increase your shoulder strength as we build up to a Forward Fold/Backbend twisty flow with plenty of planks (& variations).

3 Feb. 5: Open: This hip-opener class both opens your inner & outer thighs and fires up your glutes, building up to masterful warrior I/warrior II transitions.

4 Feb.12: Anchor & Flow: Our mini-series concludes with a hamstring-extravaganza and exploration single-leg balances, with the added spice of dancing with your Steel-Mace-Weight.

More Breath,Less Stress. Pranayama for Stress resilience. Workshop.

Many of us feel stuck in constant anxiety and 'stress mode.’ Neuroscience proves what Yogis have known all along: that mindful breathing can re-configure our brain and prime our body so we can surf those waves and better respond to challenges that life throws at us. In this workshop, we experiment with nine different breath techniques (pranayama) to achieve various states, from to ‘you got this! wide awake’, to ‘calm and collected’, to ‘sleep mode.’

This workshop interweaves ancient yoga and modern science, combining neuroscience and breath anatomy, with bandha and subtle body theory. TO BOOK THIS WORKSHOP, CLICK ON PHOTO.
