In my decades of working with thousands of students, I've seen again and again, that when it comes to leg work we're usually not lacking effort, but our muscle power is not being distributed in the best way.
Most people are strong in some places, mobile in others—but the body isn’t working as a system.
Often we over-stretch structures at actually need strength,
or we strengthen muscles, isolating them without integration.
And so movement begins to feel inefficient, unstable, or limited.
This workshop changes that.
In our 4-hour workshop experience, I'll teach you how to build strong, responsive hips from the feet up—and organize that strength so it transfers through your entire spine into the shoulders.
